Do you want to be a leader within the lodge? A future lodge chief perhaps? Well, all member should attend the Lodge Leadership
Development Course. It takes place one day (usually in early spring or late fall) at one of our camps and it teaches you what it takes to be a
leader in the lodge in addition to being fun and enjoyable. You also meet many people in the lodge! Keep looking out for a sign up
sheet and information on this site to participate.
Lodge Leadership Development
You are warmly invited to attend the annual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) training at the Council Service Center on Saturday, December 16, 8:30 am – 4 pm. LLD will provide you training in Lodge programs and leadership that will help you become the leader you want to be for the lodge, your troop and in your everyday life. There is no cost for this, it is open for both the youth and adults in the lodge. Lunch will be provided (or you can bring your own) so we ask that you register so we will have an idea on how many are attending. We hope to see you there.
Please, reply via email whether you will be attending. Remember that LLD is one of our Journey to Excellence criteria and I promise you will learn more about the functioning of the Lodge from our fantastic trainers! As always, keep on top of the Lodge and Chapter events by checking the Lodge Calendar at http://bit.ly/159Calendar
Lodge Leadership
Development Course is open to anyone who is an officer in the Lodge, adult Advisers, past lodge officers and anyone that has aspirations to be a lodge officer.
